How do I cancel my membership?
Call us at (407) 536-7837 or email [email protected] at least 7 days before your next billing date. You keep all remaining benefits through the end of your current billing period.
When are services scheduled throughout the year?
After joining, we contact you within 7 days to set your annual service schedule. Pressure washing is typically spring and fall. Gutter cleaning before rainy season. Trash can washing quarterly. We coordinate with you around your schedule.
What if I need more than what's included?
As a Home Care member, all additional services are 15% below our retail price. Just call or submit a request and we'll fit it into your schedule — priority members jump the queue.
Does the handyman visit roll over if I don't use it?
The annual handyman visit (up to 2 hours) is valid within your 12-month membership period. It does not roll over into the next year, so we encourage you to use it — we'll remind you at the 10-month mark if it hasn't been scheduled.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. All Protocol memberships are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 7 days notice before your next billing date. No penalties, no retention calls.
